The 10-year-old marks a significant milestone in the distillery’s history: it is the first bottling to carry an age statement. Crafted from distillate that has been fully matured in hand-selected, second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, a wonderfully smooth and succulent whisky has emerged after 10 years of aging.
Color: Copper
Nose: The sweetness of sherry mingles with figs and raisins, followed by a beautiful hint of vanilla and oak.
Palate: The depth of flavor is immense. Bold notes of chocolate and dark fruits abound, complemented by hints of caramel and vanilla, all accompanied by gentle touches of nutmeg and oak smoke.
Finish: Silky tannins create a beautifully textured finish, with lingering sweetness, dried fruit, and caramel flavors that persist to the very end.
