WHISKY CU BOCAN TOMATIN HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT 46° 70CL
Besides tomato classic whiskeys, the exhausted malt is distilled one week a year. Once developed, the whisky is marketed under the name of Cù Bòcan (in 15 ppm). The name Cù Bòcan comes from the Gaelic and means ghost dog (Ghost Dog). According to the legend, the inhabitants of the region of Tomatin would have been haunted by a ghost dog, which disintegrated in a blue smoke and moved in the peat bogs of Highlands - which is not the case of the whisky.
